All Accounts on wso138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All displayed balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and fees are expressed in IDR. wso138 does not charge currency conversion fees for IDR deposits and withdrawals.
wso138 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment system.
wso138 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. wso138 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. During scheduled bank maintenance windows (typically between 23:00–01:00 WIB), processing may take up to 60 minutes.
wso138 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In such cases, the affected Player will be notified within 24 hours of the hold being placed.

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wso138 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant Account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
Please note: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Failure to meet these requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds. 7.2 wso138 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the outcome of the relevant event was known (post-event betting), or where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed using privileged inside information.
7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games as displayed on the Platform. These limits may vary by market, game type, player tier, and promotional period. wso138 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, the wso138 system logs shall be the definitive record. Where a technical fault has caused an incorrect settlement, wso138 will correct the settlement as soon as reasonably practicable and notify affected players.
7.5 All casino and slot games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for statistical fairness. wso138 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wso138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct m ay result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
